The burn-scar is clearly visible in this photo over Holman. I basically sat on my porch and flew my drone straight up. On the bottom NM518 is seen on the Holman Hill. The Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Fire burned around 534 square miles. The photo was taken in Spring 2026 and it was a very dry winter, the last of the snow on the highest peaks is not enough to last to August.
